Jillian Petrash has been passionately helping her clients reach their real estate goals for well over a decade. With certifications as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and Certified Mountain Area Specialist, Jillian can be trusted to locate the perfect home at an unbeatable price point. She’s sold many homes throughout her career, but achieving impressive stats is not her top priority. It’s her genuine care for her client's well-being that takes her services to the next level.
 
Jillian is a rare fifth-generation Coloradan with a family history in real estate, but she hasn’t always been working her magic to change lives as an agent. She first channeled her zest for guiding and educating others as a French teacher, homeschooler, and doula. However, nothing ever sparked her passion quite like real estate did when she made the jump and became an agent in 2008. She seamlessly shifted her education-centered background to her new career to patiently guide others to flourish in her beloved home state.
 
Jillian easily balances a tough work ethic with a lighthearted attitude for a well-rounded experience, taking the time to deeply understand client needs and appropriately deliver excellent results. Plus, as a local who has lived in both the bustling city and lush mountains, she is well equipped to find clients in anything from a vibrant city-center property to a tranquil suburban home or a cozy cabin. With a larger-than-life personality and love of her home turf, Jillian effortlessly connects people to the houses and neighborhoods that best fit their needs. Above all, she aims to inspire women and people to build a strong foundation in which they can thrive and help others, continuing a generous cycle of community empowerment.
 
Jillian’s career doesn’t feel like work to her, as her excitement to help people make big life changes powers her throughout the day. Off the clock, she pours her leftover creativity into flipping homes. In her free time, Jillian enjoys being with her family and exploring the scenic Colorado landscape she feels blessed to call her backyard. She also feels blessed to work with her husband, Andy, a former web developer who joined Jump Living after witnessing her success and enjoyment in real estate. Since Andy has built several houses, his skill set perfectly complements Jillian’s, much to the delight of their clients!
