Market Update

Currently, 36% of home buyers are paying all cash for homes. Interest rates, as of today, are at a recent high. Buyer competition has slowed down, so prices have come down a little bit. People that have really low interest rates hang on to their properties and turn them into rentals as a great long-term investment strategy. There is about a month's worth of inventory currently on the market.
